Matina Pefkos Aparthotel - Pefki (Rhodes)

Excellent hotel with a seasonal outdoor pool, free wi-fi, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff returned my lost sim cards, which I appreciated. I'd recommend trying the beauty treatments! Can't wait to come back for Xmas....  

Wow, fantastic holiday!! Everything from check-in to check-out ran smoothly, the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We cannot wait to return!!

The location was excellent a minuet walk from the beach the hotel is great for families especially young children we ate at the Meltemi in Matina and the food was traditional greek tasting very good. The 2 pools are very large which...  

Family-friendly atmosphere with kids club activities.

There were ants in the apartment, uncomfortable for us. The balcony lacked sunshade, causing it to be too hot to enjoy during the day. These issues took away from what could have been a pleasant experience.

It's close to the city... And close to fair restaurants :) The Beach is good but small.. Without buing a chair tou are quite "lost"

We were 4 people in the small "apartment".. The children was sleeping in the kitchen ! We think that they are selling something they don't have !! The cleaning was late.. Often they came after 6 pm (18:00).. When we were making dinner or on our way to a restaurant to eat. €15 pr. Day for aircondition !!! That's insane !

The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were caring. I was there for 4 nights and ate at beach restaurant for choice for restaurants. Kitchenette was great and had a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators. In general the...

Friendly helpful staff in general, clean rooms, two pools which were both clean and a nice size. Close to beach, bars and restuarants.

The evening entertainment wasn't very good.

The shower head falling off multiple times was a good experience, really! And you woudl think i could get a second key for my apartment since i clearly needed it. But alas, that was a no-no. Almost gave a better review, but then the filthy communal shower brought me back to reality. 6 Out of 10, disappointing.

This is a great family resort and had lots to do for the kids but also a great pool and pool bar/restaurant. The bar staff were great and the boss was fab, really bubbly and happy all the time...  

I loved the location everything you needed was at your finger tips. The recpetion and bar staff were really efficient and friendly particularly Amy and Mark.

Not really as clean as I would like, I unfortunately had a cockroach in my room plus there were lots of cobwebs everywhere but I am particularly squeamish. The showers do not work very well and one of the baths was tarnished. I believe we were in the older apartments I think the refurbished ones are better. However this claims to be a 3 star not a 4 star so I think it was okay. Paying for Air con is just alien to me for most other countries I have stayed in you get aircon included.

immaculately kept grounds made it a pleasure to relax. uncomfortable beds caused sleepless nights.

All the rooms are of high standard particularily for greece and the location close to shops,bars,restuuarants and beach couldn't be better

Be prepare to pay additional cost of everything extra that you want. Eg, Safety box, ac, baby cot etc. I'm surprised we didnt have to pay for the toilet rolls. Bring soap, schampoo and beach towels! Hotel and the whole area needs to update their environment. Stuck in the late 80's!
